Facelift Property is an interior design and home management company launched in Plettenberg Bay by cofounders Michelle Hutton and Nina Stewart. We offer everything from decor styling to full turnkey interiors, and we design, kit out, tenant and care for rental and vacant homes.

Inspired by the medical facelift, our design services range from a light refresh to a full turnkey interior for a new build. We work across residential and commercial spaces, primary homes and rentals. Our Home Management service kits out homes for short or long-term letting, places trusted tenants, and cares for vacant homes while you're away.

A personalized consultation followed by a detailed, custom written and visual blueprint for your project.

Ale Naturale

This allows you to add your own personal flare to your home. At Facelift Property we have great industry contacts to source quality large furniture items at the right prices.

Mini Facelift

A redesign around existing furniture. This can include room rearrangements and small decor changes or additions such as scatters, throws, wall paper, greenery, etc.

Full Facelift

Out with the old, in with the new. This involves the full redesign of a space where there is either no furniture or furniture that will be refurbished or replaced completely, as well as the addition of all new decor items to complete the space.

Deep Plane Facelift

The Rolls-Royce of Facelifts.This is your turnkey interior design project from a new build to your final result. We assist with all the finishes from flooring to blinds to final small decor items. We Project Manage your space.

Vacant Home Management

Facelift Property offers a premium, vacant property management service, what we like to call ‘Home Watch’. We act as the dedicated local eyes and ears for absentee owners, ensuring your luxury investment or secondary home remains secure, meticulously maintained, and perfectly prepared for your next arrival.
