Facelift Property offers a premium, vacant property management service, what we like to call ‘Home Watch’. We act as the dedicated local eyes and ears for absentee owners, ensuring your luxury investment or secondary home remains secure, meticulously maintained, and perfectly prepared for your next arrival. Deeply trusted within the Plettenberg Bay community, our team provides absolute peace of mind while you are away.

What this Covers

Routine Inspections: Weekly or fortnightly checks for break-ins, storm damage, pests and damp.

System Testing: Running taps, flushing toilets and testing appliances to keep everything working.

Crisis Management: Your local contact and first responder for emergency repairs.

Vendor Oversight: Sourcing and managing local contractors for on-site maintenance.

Pre-Arrival Preparation: Geysers on, rooms aired and fridge stocked, so your home is ready when you arrive. Decor refreshes available on request.

Additional Info

Your monthly retainer covers all routine walkthroughs, security checks and system testing.

Emergency call-outs: On-site emergency management, such as storm damage or supervising urgent repairs, is billed at an hourly call-out rate.
Arrival & departure: We coordinate your pre-arrival preparation at no extra cost. Third-party costs such as deep cleaning or groceries are billed separately.

Tier 1: “The Lock & Leave” (Fortnighly)/ Designed for high-end apartments, townhouses, or smaller lock-up-and-go properties that require bi-weekly monitoring.

This covers linking up trusted tenants on our personal database with trusted homes also on our personal database. This ensures that both tenant and home owners are looked after.
