Details & Exclusions
Overview
To ensure absolute transparency, our monthly retainer covers our comprehensive routine checklist (walkthroughs, security checks, and appliance/system testing).
- Emergency Call-Outs: While routine checks are covered, any emergency on-site management—such as handling storm damage or supervising emergency utility repairs (plumbers, electricians, etc.), will be billed at an additional hourly call-out rate.
- Pre-Arrival & Post-Departure Services: We love getting your home perfectly ready for you. While the coordination and scheduling of your arrival preparation (airing out the property, turning on geysers, and organising vendors) is included in your retainer, any third-party expenses, such as professional deep cleaning services or grocery stocking, will be billed separately.
