Brackenridge House Three

Modern beach house living, redefined.

This home was one of the older homes in Brackenridge Estate requiring a facelift. We combined paint work with reupholstery to lift and modernise the main structural components. And then we added strategic decor items to prioritise the request of a ‘Modern Beach House’.

Features

This house features an exquisite pyjama | coffee lounge that underwent a complete transformation from retro blue to warm beach house. As you walk through the front door you look through this room towards a panoramic view of the Robberg Peninsula.

Decor

All couches and occasional chairs in this home were reupholstered in fabrics of our choosing. Additional furniture was added where upgrades or additions were required. This included the dining area and bedrooms. Artwork from a local artist Dallas Smith was featured in the living area as a focal point. All blinds were replaced with duette blinds from Nolans to create privacy within the home, and new curtains were manufactured using Hertex Lyon fabric to create a warm, soft appearance to a tiled home.
